Nice hotel but breakfast at the pub a bit lacking. I booked a continental and the choice was quite dismal, possibly the worst ever. A large table behind me all had cooked breakfasts which looked great, but they were cooked to order rather than help yourself buffet style. The whole point of the buffet is you can keep going back for more! I like the location of this hotel and have stayed previously but never had breakfast there before. Doubt I would bother again. Also as a disabled guest, the walk over to the pub is a bit of a trek especially on a wet miserable December morning

Great location, 2minute walk to tesco, close to M11, Spotlessly clean rooms, staff really friendly, plenty of parking would stay here again

All the staff I met during my stay were very helpful and friendly, whether they were reception team or housekeepers. They went out of their way to help me with anything I needed.

Fair price, great WiFi, great staff (Dawood) was so helpful and polite. Close to Tesco and other locations but would be better if it has some electric charging points for cars.

Hopefully I haven’t been overzealous with the 5* rating as I haven’t had breakfast yet! I stop at this location quite frequently so know what to expect and would say that it consistently delivers. Dinner was typically Beefeater, hot, plentiful & served with a smile, what more can you ask! Room - clean, warm & as ever with Premier a wonderful bed! The car park very convenient but don’t forget to enter you Reg!

遗憾的是，水槽里没有热水，可能是水龙头出了问题，我不得不烧水。电视无法根据要求切换频道或音量，有时即使更换了遥控器的电池，它还是会自动关闭，甚至电视侧面的按钮也无法正常工作。我们住在二楼，提着行李回家时电梯坏了，非常不方便。我们更喜欢有人值班的前台，但这家没有。免费无线网络速度慢得吓人。我们不会再住这里了，以后会再去哈洛米尔普瑞米尔酒店。
房间看起来不错，设施也不错，但与其他Premier Inns不同，客房没有标配浴缸，无线网络很糟糕，只能断断续续地上网，而且用自己的移动数据也收不到信号。工作人员很友好，但周围人手不够。餐厅客满，所以没法在那里吃饭，甚至没法从那里买外卖带回房间。浴室里没有卫生纸。这可不是我平常在Premier Inns的体验。
很多事情都不如预期；电视遥控器坏了等等。电视也坏了。我听到有人被她伴侣袭击的声音。我行动不便，七八次试图报警，但都无人接听！！第二天我终于见到了一位工作人员，他们看起来很担心，但由于工作繁忙，几乎没有时间休息。工作人员态度和蔼，但显然已经到了极限。很明显，这家公司只想着暴利，却牺牲了员工的福祉、客户的安全和满意度。
