I was very disappointed with my recent stay. While the location and amenities seemed fine at first, I was shocked to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel, and this incident made me question the overall hygiene and maintenance of the property. The staff were polite, but this is an issue that should never occur in a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay. Until improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Townplace. Suites in Gainesville Ga. Everybody that was working there was extremely friendly! At the front desk: Riley and Barbara Merck. At breakfast: Juanita and Shatona. We also had a nice conversation with Gen Manager, Shayna Robinson. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Our stay was for one night. Check in was very easy as was adding a pet to our stay. We had a pleasant stay overall.

the hotel breakfast is basic-nothing special but it is appreciated that the fruit is wrapped individually.

Very clean hotel, quiet, close to everything. The only bad thing i discovered was the bathroom door was difficult to close all the way. Was also difficult to open it back once you did get it closed

What can I say... Barbara at the front desk is amazing!!! Friendly is an understatement for her. There aren't many hotels that have friendly front desk staff, but this hotel has one of the friendliest I have ever encountered. She should be an ambassador for the company showing others how guests should be treated when they come in. GREAT JOB BARBARA!!!
