We only stayed the one night but we received early check in and some great advice for dinner. The room was great and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel. Bummed the beautiful bar and lounge was not staffed/open on a Thursday. Most likely due to limited customers mid week.

Very nicely renovated, spacious suite and good value. parking was easy and free. Staff were friendly and helpful although sometimes the front desk was empty. Not a big deal though as they responded when needed. Best place to stay in Trail I'd say.

The hotel itself was great. We only dealt with the front desk person. She was very good. Our only concern was the area of town. We were warned that we should not walk i certain nearby areas. As to family resraurants in the area: o e "bar & grill" where you were compelled to listen to kereoke wailing. Food good, atmosphere seedy.
