Staff was very welcoming and had me in my room in minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a very good dinner in the dining room (excellent butter chicken, rice and naan. Just a very pleasant stay.

This location is nice and close to the airport with a shuttle service available.
I was pretty frustrated that I put the do not disturb sign on my door and a cleaning staff member still entered and emptied my trash, yet did not clean or replenish my coffee and creamers. I left a lot of valuable items out because I felt a sense of privacy with the sign on my door, so I was pretty surprised to have my room entered.
I also had my key card deactivated and had to go back to the front counter where they told me that I was only booked for one night, not two. But all my items were left in the room, not cleared out, so that did not feel like a great reason either. The front counter person just shrugged it off like this happens all the time.

The sofa and chair in my room was mystery stained. Didn't want to sit on them.
More towels would be nice my fault for not asking for more. Everything else was excellent.
