真是亲子乐园[啤酒]4人家庭房，丰富早餐🍳，超大水上乐园，儿童乐园，房间虽然在最里面一栋，但是够安静，房间清洁，南方人没觉得潮湿，深夜办入住也很流畅！
在泳池边实现水肺潜水🤿初体验+英语口语训练双倍快乐😁，才60+RMB，超值[耶]，教练好有耐心，学得好开心😃！
门口就有自助洗衣，24小时洗烘1小时搞定，出门就有马杀鸡，手法环境超好，左右都有便利店，右边走10分钟可以买到24元/个榴莲！
自驾停车免费，去哪都方便！
一码归一码，在卡塔卡伦海滩价格是非常良心了，基本满足住的需求。最后一晚选这里也就是为了省钱而已。
住的人超级多，像个大人和小孩一起住的幼儿园，中午到酒店的人是最多的，都要等到下午3点才有房间。
可能也就是因为这个原因，很多细节都做不到位，卫生算中下水平里，还看到有纸巾和垃圾没清理完。
虽然说是大床房，床也是2个小床拼起来的，我说怎么床感觉那么宽呢 😂 最要命的是，连被子都是分开2个 🤣 这倒是打破我认识的了。这让一对夫妇怎么一起盖被子呀 😂
晚上睡觉醒了2-3次，因为走廊有人经过还在说话。
人员的英语也很一般，我退房的时候我说要行李寄存都没听懂，可能是因为我自己已经把行李放好在他们的位置，但是也没给我寄存小票🤣
吃早餐的时候人也太多了，连房间号都不用问了，整个就一片混乱，不过食物勉强还ok
娱乐设施看上去应该不错的，不过我们没小孩也没心情下去玩。
房间相对小一些，但台阳和洗漱的地方很宽敝，另外此次入住房间和公共场所还是非常干净的。比我想的要好，刚开始也是被网上的一些评价给动摇过。总之下次如再去普吉岛我会再次预定。是非常好的亲子酒店，水上乐园和周边的设施都很方便。工作人员很热情。
第三天换到这个房间，出去比较方便，不用换乘电梯，开门就能走到泳池，一楼也没感觉有虫，但浴室下水一直堵住，一洗澡水漫金山，卫生和大人设施比较简陋，我们区的时候刚开始旺季，已经要1000一晚了，心里期望不要太高，勉强住住，主要目的让小朋友玩起来很方便！
十一月底十二月初入住的，没有感觉到房间潮湿，酒店人员很热情，体验很好。出了酒店有很多饭店、马杀鸡，很方便。入住时想要楼层高安静的房间，前台也给安排了，房间视野很好。缺点是早餐为白人饭，不太符合口味，能凑活着吃。
水上乐园滑梯很棒！可惜，我找不到照片了。直行的滑梯，只能一个人滑。旋转的滑梯，可以带着小朋友一起滑，我家小朋友玩的很开心！走了也很怀念。
到海边不算远，和小朋友走路到海边大概10分钟，他一路边走边看的，时间会长些。
酒店大门有公交站，也有各种买东西，吃的用的什么都有。对着酒店大门右边有个小型夜市，711也在这边。
酒店到处都干净。餐厅许多里有许多许多小鸟！！！没人守着，它一下跑到你的餐盘里享受美食了。
房间真的很差，正常价格订的，去了就给我一个一楼，房间一股子霉味，窗帘后面全部发霉了，阳台周围都是树，落的全是叶子一会就脏了，根本不想躺，乐园是开放的，感觉有很多外面的人混进来，不是很安全
酒店前台态度也很差，酒店这么大连一个引领的人都没有，住了五个酒店，他不是最便宜的但是是最差的
办理入住的小姐姐很奈斯，英文非常好，中文嘛只能说谢谢，微信之类的单词。小朋友入住只要再额外付300泰铢每天（好像是这个价格）。会提醒WiFi密码，早餐，游泳池开放时间等。另外也尝试了酒店的自助晚餐，也不错，家里老人表示吃的放心，觉得外面的夜市太脏了🤣
提前发了邮件，给我们安排了五楼的房间，员工友善，每个人都热情打招呼，房间很大，设施也好，就是水池的水质不是很好，回来皮肤有点痒，早餐是白人饭，早餐吃不惯
总体来说还是很喜欢的，细说一下评价吧，网上所有关于他的负面评价其实都是真的，例如潮，设施老旧等等，所以总结来说要看价格，如果价格三四百四五百的话可以无脑冲，但如果太高到八九百甚至1000以上的话，就没有必要了。我订的是最基础的房型，但酒店给我升级了家庭房，所以房间很大，由于要的是高楼层安排在6楼，所以潮的问题相对好很多，也没有虫子。酒店的泳池非常不错，有两个大滑梯，一个螺旋滑梯，大滑梯我试了两次，最终没敢滑下来，小朋友会玩的很开心。早餐的话确实如评价所说，完全不合国人胃口，虽然种类很丰富，东西也很多，可以说是我住过泰国所有酒店里，早餐东西最多的，但确实没什么可吃的，每一天也就是吃几口炒粉几口炒饭，水果只有西瓜和菠萝两种，面包的话也就只有牛角面包，马芬蛋糕和烤面包片，而且无论饭还是菜，普遍没有什么味道，比较寡淡。另外酒店很大，如果住在靠后的区域的话，进出房间不太方便，要走很久，我这次住的楼层就需要换两趟电梯才能到。另外距离711相对比较远，走路大概要走10分钟，对于泰国这种遍地711的地方，这个距离已经不方便了，不过酒店大门口就是一家超市。总的来说是否入住这家酒店就要看它的价格，因为我定的时候只要300多块一晚，所以这些问题都不是问题，总的来说值得推荐。
忘了补充一点，就是酒店里边的洗发水沐浴露质量非常差，洗发水摁了好多泵都不起沫，我确定我没有用错，所以可以自己携带或者去711买。。。
