Dirty and water -stained sink 4. Toilet seat cover was cracked 5. Replaced toilet seat also cracked 6. Faucet in toilet too close to the left knee 7. Faucet in toilet drips continuously 8. Shower valve doesn't close, water drips 9. Wall hook for shower head was loose 10. Wi-Fi weak to inconsistent
