Barely 30–45 minutes later, you reported “bedbugs.” Our concierge immediately came to your room and asked you to point them out. You then stated they had “disappeared,” and even the couple who was with you confirmed that nothing was seen.Within 10 minutes, the owner arrived personally to check the chalet. Again, no insects or signs of infestation were found. Despite this, you insisted that you had been “attacked” and then left. As a precaution and out of goodwill, we even offered you an additional bed and bedding should you prefer to rest outside the room. You accepted.Afterward, instead of staying, you went to the party and then directly back to Beirut. You never informed us that you were checking out, left the keys inside, and we only learned of your departure from the booking platform.Posting an alarming claim about “bedbugs all over your clothing” is simply not true, and it unfairly damages our reputation. Next time, if you choose to leave early and expect a refund, we ask that you handle it in a proper and respectful way by speaking to us directly instead of creating a false review.Sincerely,
