I really wante to like my stay. I almost always choose Springhill Suits im my travels but unfortunately this room was not very good. The AC did not work well and room felt stuffy, humid all night. Old must smell from AC and closet. I want to be clear it was Not a houskeeping issue its seems to be a old carpet and not keeping AC up to date. The room was organized and cleaned but no matter how clean and organized if those issue are not tackled from management the room will smell musty and be hot. Not a restful night. Ive stayed in other Springhill and had a wonderful stay. Not sure why the difference. On the plus side its located in a safe area.

Our property is fairly new and the maintenance on our ac are done by professional HVAC cleaners all carpet is cleaned after guest leave our property, I did however pull your reservation, and you checked in fairly early why didn't you call front desk to be moved if there was a problem with the room?

It was very clean and had good grab and go breakfast items. There was only one thing that was annoying. The way the room is arranged it shaped even. There is literally nowhere in the room that you can see the tv straight on. Weird.

Beautiful Rooms
I loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, so well styled, so modern and very high end. The bed was very comfortable. Some great places to eat nearby, including a wonderful steak house, Ray’s. I did find the breakfast to be pretty sparse, but it was fine, I got what I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I was in the area again.

Nice stay, two days.
We went in and the TV remote didn't work, they couldn't figure it out either, so they moved us to a different room, all no problem, very nice.

This was a wonderful stay for a concert. Easy drive to the venue, safe and quiet area. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was cold. A few questionable stains on the couch, but we didn’t need to sit there. I’d definitely stay again.

Close to Ampthitheatre
We always stay at this particular hotel because it is very close to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. I have stayed here 3 times this year it is very convenient.

位置便利 / 员工超级好
员工很棒 — 超级好。房间有点发霉，还有点烟味，所以我给这家酒店 4 分（满分 5 分）。总体来说，入住体验很满意。
太贵了
酒店网站上说这是一间带阳台的房间。我们没有阳台。而且，每晚的费用高出 50 多美元。我们住的地方离海滩或特殊场所都不近，所以价格不贵。太贵了！

这家酒店很棒！我们去美国露天剧场听了一场音乐会，步行即可到达。床和枕头很舒服。房间很宽敞。早餐也很美味。我们一定会再来这里住的！
