We’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any issues. This stay we found bugs in our room. We were given another room. We had to switch rooms at 11:30pm. There was a bug on the ceiling that staff could see if they went to check the room.

Stay was amazing. Hotel is located on top of the only hill for miles around. Wonderful views of downtown Louisville and surrounding area.

The only thing that really was a problem for me was the stains on the towels used to dry off with, If you have a towel that is stained, it needs to come out of rotation. Throw it out

Amazing stay
The room was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. We were there for 5 nights and the housekeeping cleaned twice and it was so nice coming back to clean room. Very comfortable beds and great size room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly as well. Breakfast in the morning and all of the amenities were added bonus. Would recommend

Overall, great stay!
The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was nice and quiet as well. The only room for improvement to note the towels were not soft.

我在需要房间的24小时内通过Orbitz预订了房间。由于生病，我第二天（抵达后）无法出行，不得不取消所有旅行计划（机票、租车和酒店）。Fairfield Inn坚持要求提前24小时通知（我预订时就已通知），以此作为扣留我近400美元房款的理由，而我却无法使用他们的酒店。航空公司和租车公司退还了我的钱。作为Bonvoy Marriott的长期会员……我感觉不到他们的关爱。
山顶的景色很美。热水充足，房间凉爽，还有电视。不错。房间干净整洁。大部分地方都还不错。之前他们说要额外扣我20美元的信用卡消费，但我保证说，如果我们没用完，这笔钱会退回到我的卡上。结果他们没有这么做。费尔菲尔德酒店及其姐妹酒店都不在我的入住清单上。
