booked on *******. They didn’t find my reservation 7 hours later since I got the confirmation email (already paid). The reception desk always told I didn’t pay to them, ask my to contact agent. I stayed in front of the desk for over 1-2h. For now I didn’t get my money back. So bad experience!

I accidentally left my earbuds in my room, and after I checked out, the hotel called me personally to let me know! I was able to come and get them. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice place to stay. The pool had two hard filters in the pool that I hurt my foot and hand on

Awesome staff made it a great experience
Very nice hotel. All staff went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Clean, modern rooms and a good breakfast as well. I would highly recommend.

Welcoming of front desk staff was above excellence. Both day and night front desk was absolutely outstanding. I’m booking another stay with the Holiday Inn Hotel in which a month from today.

各方面都令人失望
我曾在这家酒店住过两次，但每次都很失望。我们决定再试一次，因为这是该地区评价最高的酒店。
1) 我们在这里过圣诞节，我儿子和我妈妈住在一起。晚上他出现了（轻微的）紧急情况，我姐姐试图给我们打电话。出于隐私原因，酒店不会让他们进入我们的房间，然后酒店告诉他们会打电话到我们房间通知我们。他们没有给我们打电话，也没有敲门。我姐姐打了三次电话，他们没有提供帮助。第二天早上醒来，看到家人发来的所有短信，我非常害怕。幸运的是，他没事，但这非常令人失望。
2. 健身房非常热。我和妻子都抱怨过，我们被告知这是一个“常见投诉”，但他们无能为力。管理层不允许降低温度。
3. 其中一部电梯的检查已过期。
4. 我们房间的地毯上有奇怪的污渍。
5. 这不是什么大问题，但煎饼机坏了。我们的孩子喜欢这台机器，这也是我们选择这些酒店的原因。但它们总是坏掉。坏到他们甚至印上花哨的标志。

干净漂亮的酒店，有我们所需要的一切。工作人员非常友好、细心。夜班经理确保为热可可补充热水。管理早餐吧的接待人员非常出色，真心乐于帮助每个人！这一切都让我们度过了一个非常愉快的假期停留。
