I was really impressed with the entire hotel. Every staff member was courteous and friendly. Having a good selection for breakfast and even a pancake machine. If the weather was better, they had fire pits on the patio. Very comfortable seating for individual as well as groups in common areas.

客用洗衣房就在健身房旁边，这点很棒。

不满意
酒店看起来很新，但床单上沾满了类似血迹的污渍。
泳池房很冷，水也很冷，水浑浊不堪，而且没有泳池毛巾。每次我们要毛巾，都被告知正在清洗。
早餐也很糟糕，他们总是缺贝果、面包和香肠之类的东西，我们问他们要，他们却说每天都有配给。
酒店很忙，似乎没有做好准备。
浴室门是推拉门，卡在墙里，根本没法用。我们联系了前台，但他们没帮上忙，只是说“都是那样的”。浴室毛巾钩就在马桶上方（因为没有门），很不卫生。电话系统坏了，所以每次需要什么，我们都要下楼去找前台，但有时前台不在。早餐很普通。床太硬，不太舒服。房间设计和服务都很糟糕，食物也只能算是平庸。
他们有短信服务，你可以用短信给工作人员发信息——不过要注意，这个服务很慢。他们花了十个小时才回复一个这样的请求，哈哈
