Everything was great staff was funny and helpful, I enjoyed my stay and will book this hotel again when I'm in this area.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve loved both visits! The rooms are large. The breakfast is wonderful and has lots of options. The staff is fantastic. My only wish is that the pool was bigger, but it didn’t affect our stay much. We’ll happily stay here again!

This was the dirtiest hotel in which we have ever stayed. There was trash in the elevator and a label of some sort stuck to the floor, the elevator doors were dirty, hair on our bathroom floor, stuck-on labeling on the dishwasher, the mirror was filthy, our shampoo was missing, and there was no dish detergent or dishwasher tabs. And one of the towel racks was missing from the wall.
We went down for breakfast at 8:00am. There was no bread or bagels. I asked if there was any and was told “No, not at this time.” There was still 2 hours of breakfast time.
The A/C worked well.

Slightly less good condition than other Home2Suites we have stayed in recently.
Good size room and decent shower.
Convenient parking & plenty of restaurants within walking distance ( however not many paths to walk to them on).
(Refrigerator had standing water on the top shelf which is odd, but both the refrigerator and freezer worked fine.)

糟糕的体验。遮光帘卡在半开的位置。冰箱不仅很烫，还漏水到地板上，我滑倒了。前台拿来了毛巾，但连句道歉都没有。打客服电话完全是浪费时间。希尔顿，你们应该改进一下！
入住时房间看起来不错，但我首先注意到的是床。我们掀开床单，发现上面粘着一根完整的睫毛。这让我觉得床单肯定不干净。我们告诉了前台，他们立刻派了一个人过来，但态度极其恶劣。她换了床单。换床单的时候，我们看到床垫上到处都是大片的黄色污渍。当时酒店正值家庭聚会，客满。我们把床单都拿下来，想看看能不能自己清理床垫。结果发现床垫脏得令人作呕。我们买了清洁用品、杀虫剂、床垫套和枕套，开始清理床垫。我们试着把床垫翻过来，却发现另一面也有血迹。我告诉了前台，他们说会留言，经理会给我回电话。我告诉他们，如果经理想看，我可以拍照。他们对此毫不在意，之后也杳无音信。
办理入住时，那位员工非常粗鲁，简直令人厌恶！如果我因为翻白眼和无礼而被收费，请退款。
