Extremely good value for money. Staff were helpful friendly and polite. Room facilities were very good, all that you need for a stay in Liverpool. Excellent for getting around the city, and i would definitely use this hotel again.

Ideal stop over location
First time since changed hands . Rooms were clean , tea and coffee provided , comfortable beds . It was a very humid day so the room was very warm . Ideal for a stop over

Not a happy customer
I was not happy about filling in my personal details on paper to the reception, especially when my details are already on the computer. Especially my home address and mobile phone number. This is letting strangers know that i am not at home. With all the scams going on at the moment this is so wrong and i would like an apology, also i want my details on the paper shredded. With prove that this has been done. The bathroom lighting is very poor, even the light about the mirror would not work, making shaving difficult.

This property was extremely convenient for us as we were spectators at the neighbouring equestrian centre. Perfectly adequate for our needs. However, bed needs replacing, and rats in the bushes outside the bedroom window were a bit off putting!
