We had stayed at the Hyatt Regency Thrissur during our recent trip to Kerala. We've been staying at this property while visiting Guruvayur over the last few years. Its a really well maintained property and food spread at their restaurant is top notch.

Check in experience was below average, did not have enough room keys for four people checking into two rooms, staff needs to be more courteous, they did not update that we have made extra payment to cover our dinner meals, unreasonable to charge extra for soft drinks like Pepsi and tea / coffee during covered meals, food was stale and some looked like was day old.
