My truck was stolen on on oct 1st and hotel management was not helpful at all... it took them 27hrs to hand over the camera footage to the police dept... robberies have been a re occuring thing on that hotel...so b careful

I will never stay at this chain nor particular hotel again. The dirtiest hotel I’ve e er stayed at. Room smelled SO BAD!!! First night, a couple tried getting into our room at 1:30AM - 2AM!! I can’t remember the time exactly, I was half sleep. But they were attempting to get in our room. The FRONT DESK person working that night assigned them the room. Had not a clue it was occupied!!! I woke up and opened the door while the couple stood there apologizing. I went up to the front desk obviously angry. All while she was on the phone with a coworker about the situation (Kim)… not once did she apologize or even acknowledge the situation with me.
I still need to contact the manager about this situation. Manager not on duty on the weekends! The situation totally unsafe. I had children in the room as well. That could had been a very bad situation IF a couple variables were different.
Back to the room, floors stained, walls stained, sheets stained, furniture stained - everything filthy. Bathroom nasty. The property needs an upgrade. I was really disgusted. Again, room smelled HORRIBLE!!! We only needs to stay 2 nights. Thank goodness. Breakfast was BAD!!! They are so cheap. Super watered down juices in the morning. Every guest complained during breakfast time about it. It was well known both mornings. But no one cares. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Convenient location. But not worth it. Stay elsewhere.

State Fair weekend
Everything was nice. The only problem was the WIFI was not good this particular stay. Other than that, everything was great

Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. Cold coffee - had to heat it on the microwave! How does that even happen? Eggs, sausage room temperature. Apple and orange juice diluted with no flavor. We think it must have been an inexperienced person handling it.

Nice and comfortable
Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and well maintained. Didn’t have the free breakfast since we had to leave earlier than they start. One thing unfavorable is the water pressure in the shower. Not good

Never staying again...
This was an unpleasant stay. The shower pressure was low, which was unsat. The shower stall was unclean. The toilet clogged and the desk clerk gave me a plunger (?!!). Towels in the room were stained with a purple color. WiFi was inoperable during my entire stay, which disrupted planned work that didn't get completed.. I asked the clerk who stated she couldn't help at all. There was no chair to sit outside.

Super humid in the rooms, carpet stinks soo bad! We found a baby lizard in our room! Pool was not open, breakfast is tasteless!
