The staff at the front desk during the day was great. The bar tender at the end of the evening had her AirPods and took minutes just to recognize that someone was waiting on her. She was also unfamiliar with the prices and the drinks that the bar had.

If this were a $100 a night motel, I would consider it adequate. But at $250 per night, it’s overpriced and not up to standard. The shower handle fell off in my hand, no water glass in the bathroom, at breakfast the coffee served in paper cups, breakfast room not kept clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property looks brand new or at least recently redone.
Very nice! Check in was a little slow due to new system, but overall very good.

Hate the soft/slimy water. Towels very rough. No staff around for check in. AC unit comes on VERY loudly throughout the night as you’re trying to sleep. Pillows were terrible.

The trash was falling out the trash can upon arrival. The manager or Stephanie Was Rude and gave me an attitude when I asked why my tv dint work.I spent my hard earned money on this hotel only to be treated poorly. Don't come here it's not worth the Rate they charge!

We had early check in, the staff was very friendly, there was a lot of good shopping and food options.

It was very clean and in a great location to restaurants and The Grand Park Sports Complex.

Room was very spacious although possibly due to it being a handicap accessible room but although possibly not. I really can’t say without seeing a standard room but it was very spacious even for a HC accessible room.
Shower was very slippery. Almost fell more than once. Informed front desk.
Everything was very clean.
Breakfast was lacking. No eggs at all. It just seemed a bit underwhelming but what I ate was good.
No microwave in the room but there is one available to use in the breakfast area even outside of breakfast hours.
Price wise…..not really relevant. . It was Indy 500 weekend so prices are “adjusted” just like is done for big events in most cities. Price wasn’t out of line with similar hotels in the area.
Overall I felt welcome. Staff was helpful and warm. Even with the negatives this hotel is on my list of acceptable hotels in the area for future use.
