Friendly welcome by the venue staff on arrival. The hotels food was very tasty and generous. The chocolates on our bed were a nice touch. Thanks to all of the team who looked after us. I think the managers name was Roxie. She took the time to have a chat and made sure everything was ok. We'll definitely return.

Loved the big tv and netflix options and chocolates on the bed, very comfy bed and room was clean. Only downside was the general public parking across the road and finding access to front door.

Large accomodation. Tidy and clean. A bit noisy with other occupants opening and closing doors but overall a pleasant stay. This was the kids favourite accommodation due to the little chocolate on their pillows 😊 lovely touch.

房间不错，也够大，不过淋浴间需要好好清洁一下。其他客人在房间里开着门说话，吵得我根本睡不着。我点餐点和饮料时没能享受九折优惠，虽然我手里拿着房间钥匙，但服务员显然没注意到。
房间干净整洁，功能齐全，符合预期。虽然这并不是对酒店本身的批评，但我确实觉得酒店很吵，尽管在办理入住时有提醒，并且有标志和其他信息，但其他客人还是没能克制自己在走廊里大声交谈。噪音肯定会传出去。

过时的房产可以升级，非常基本的装饰和家具可以更换，餐厅和酒吧不错，工作人员乐于助人且快乐。
我们开车 7 个小时到达酒店后，酒店重复预订了我们的房间，没有任何沟通，最后我们只说了声“抱歉”
很脏，洗手池边甚至还有牙膏。阳台很脏，窗户和门框也很脏，阳台地板也很脏。早上别给他们打电话，因为他们要到晚上才会接。餐厅的食物味道不错，但我的帕尔马干酪上粘着头发。我本来想报告的，但老公不想尴尬。所以总的来说很令人失望

我点了餐，但询问后被告知订单没有从收银台送到厨房，他们只能退款。晚上8点半的时候，我不太想在熟悉的城市找吃的。感觉他们可以做得更好。
