Regarding the personal hygiene items — we appreciate your understanding. While we do not include personal toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc., as part of the standard room amenities, we do offer a selection of basic hygiene products at the reception for purchase. Many of our guests travel with their own personal hygiene kits, which is why we do not provide them as standard. However, we are always open to suggestions and will consider expanding our offerings in the future. We're sorry that your experience wasn't perfect and hope you're feeling better. 强烈推荐！👍 酒店有很多淋浴间和卫生间，还有厨房、健身房、室内外休闲区以及咖啡厅。员工很友好。休息室经常举办各种活动，比如晚上的交友、社交或娱乐活动，还有电影之夜。提供充电设施和毛巾。
住过世界各地很多青旅，这是目前为止最好的一家。地理位置优越，服务也很好。床很舒服。每层楼都有很多卫生间和淋浴间。还有一个小型健身房。你还能在哪个青旅找到桑拿房呢？他们还有一些健身器材，以及一个供应美味羊角面包的咖啡馆。如果你打算在明斯克住青旅，别去别家了，就选这家吧！
挺好的，都不错。就是提供一张床位，其他的牙刷，牙膏，拖鞋，毛巾，沐浴露，洗发水等等一些列都是自己带。我住的4人间160元，还算干净，安静，就是那个脚臭味太大，空间小又不透风。第二天一早对床一直干咳嗽，早早被吵醒，很无奈。
超满意的一次住宿！酒店干净卫生，环境安静不嘈杂，休息质量很好。房间布局合理，设施完善好用，网络信号稳定。前台服务热情周到，有需求响应及时，待人亲切。位置好、性价比高、体验感拉满，来白俄罗斯游玩住这里准没错！
我非常喜欢这家酒店，肯定会再来的，地理位置很好。明斯克很美，他们还帮我安排了旅行。
位置很棒，离国家歌剧院和芭蕾舞剧院很近。步行5分钟到超市，15分钟到Galleria购物中心。离Nyamigo地铁站10分钟路程。旅馆内有健身房，但厨房很小，只允许少数人进入。
总的来说，住几天凑合还行。但对我来说，洗手间有点脏，希望能有擦手纸或纸巾，或者毛巾（虽然好像可以拿，但不知道是不是收费的，退房时才了解到）。三楼淋浴喷头漏水，下水道也堵了，水流得很慢。此外，一个冰箱对这么多客人来说实在太少了，至少需要两个。我费了好大劲才把食物塞进去。还有，床边没有帘子也很不方便，有时隔壁床的迷你灯开着，直接照到我眼睛里，非常刺眼。
