The room was not clean. ***** hair on the bathroom baseboard, red large stains on the carpet, bathroom was gross, and there was food splattered on the wall.

Service was great! Housekeeper came and helped clean up a broken bottle of perfume that I dropped. They were nice.

Construction on the roof was very loud and woke up me and my group in the morning, and we were placed on the very top floor. Sent an email regarding this matter as was recommended by the desk person and have been completely ignored. Absolutely the worst hotel and experience ever. Will never recommend and will never return.

They began construction on the roof of the hotel at 8 am on a Sunday morning, we're placed on the third floor directly under the construction. Management claimed that they were unaware that construction would be taking place that morning and refused any solution to rectifying the issue

Air conditioner was extremely loud and kept waking us up throughout the night. Other than that, for how cheap the room was, room was okay.

Terrible check in with a RUDE FD agent
Assigned me a room smelling vomit after I decline to stay in a room which was close to water leaks( I actually had asked him not to be on that side) He did everything he could to bother me
The room smell was so bad but at this point I was not going to get anywhere with the Front Agent.

Located right off the exit with Gas stations close by. Just down the street are numerous good options for dining.

Beds were comfortable but we killed two big spiders in our room. That doesn’t usually happen. Not sure how many more were hiding. Carpet and door looked worn
