No coffe or tea in room. Though parking was adequate, ingress to facilities is dangerous. Also, since my credit card was charged an extra $25 for ‘incidentals’ on addition to my basic lodging., and I was not provided with a revised, corrected invoice when I checked out and turned in my room key!

Sheets were well worn. No fresh smell to the room at all. If you can’t find it keep looking it’s there

不满意的是酒店乱扣钱，额外扣我银行卡的钱。扣费前没有任何告知，还要等我们退房后才来扣。等于吃了个哑巴亏，太坑了。
虽然没能入住这家酒店，但它看起来还不错。

来培训的那位牙买加女士，我住的两天都对我很粗鲁。第一天，我们订了两个房间，一个给我自己，一个给我妈妈，因为她家出了点问题。那天晚上，外面的车来车往，冰箱噪音很大，我们根本睡不着。空调一直发出敲击声，他们把我们安排在电梯旁边，结果我们整晚都听到嗡嗡声。第二天早上我告诉她，我回来办理入住时需要换个房间。所以，第二天晚上我回来办理入住时，她给我安排了两个房间，和之前我们洗澡的房间在同一侧。我们去睡觉时，坐在床上，我撞到了踢脚线的底部，因为只有一张上铺床垫。423号大床房的两张面对面的床上都有人坐过，床垫磨损得厉害，都往旁边鼓了出来，所以现在的床垫很干净，只是有一块可以伸出来的大延伸段。那些床垫早就应该换了，现在还留在那个房间里。我下楼想换个房间。那位女士对我很粗鲁。她说房间已经订满了，我不得不晚三个小时去街上的假日酒店，多付了75多美元才订到一间房，而且我当时带着一个孩子，现在和父母分开了。
酒店的早餐糟透了。当你坐在那里对顾客说“不”的时候，工作人员真是太粗鲁了，虽然这不是我的错。
很干净，入住时不确定前台人员在哪里——不在服务台区域。去吃早餐时才发现我们整个入住期间门都没锁！
