I like this Holiday Inn. I've spent a lot of nights here over the last couple of years. However, i can definitely see that there has been a change in management. This place used to be SPOTLESS. Not anymore. It isn't gross by any means. But it has certainly taken a step or two back.

They had rooms available upon check in but charged us $50 to check in early. And unfortunately we had to check out 1 day early because of a bad snow storm coming in and even though we checked out early in the am they didn't offer us any type of credit or discount. Maybe I am being petty but I felt they could have been more conciliatory.

This was a gem! I’m initially from this area and was visiting some family. I was surprised to see this hotel nearby. My husband and I got accommodations on a weekend evening that were affordable and clean. Our room was updated, the bathroom was large, the tv functional, and the morning complimentary breakfast delicious!

Staff was amazing. Only issue we had was the bed I slept in. The bed mattress would not stop sliding, staff helped fix it but it was still sliding. I would have given at 4 for the bed situation but the staff's friendliness and hospitality got a 10 from me to pull up score to a 5. I hope to stay at this hotel again someday. Thank you

The Spa was down again for 2 days of our stay.

However they got it fixed in a timely manner & Dave @ the front desk was pleasant & made our stay more enjoyable.
