前台服务人员很热情，酒店附近步行5分钟有兑换货币的服务点。
酒店位于码头对面，一楼有中餐厅 味道还不错。早餐还算丰富
这里是我在坦桑住过最好的酒店，因为是中国建的，里面的员工都对中国人友善，而且是中式管理，虽然只能对标中国的商旅酒店，但是已经是当地最好的酒店了。
环境卫生还行，服务是真的差，要个牙刷都打好几次电话。水也经常要打电话要才送。

位于达市市中心，应该是当地最现代化的酒店了，有中资企业参与管理、所以有种莫名熟悉的感觉。楼下就是去桑给巴尔岛的码头，出游方便。酒店安全性也很好，门口有安检和保安。房间很宽敞、也很干净。

酒店地理位置优越，健身房设施一流，泳池区也很不错。早餐丰盛。房间宽敞干净。午餐时只有一家餐厅营业，而且不提供点餐服务，只能选择自助餐。
