Floors in the room were really dirty. Staff said they would mop floors but never did. Most of the towels and washcloths were stained (questionable whether they were clean or not) Bed was clean and comfortable. One staff member of three was helpful (Phillip was helpful). You get what you pay for. Overall I would stay here again if I had my own towels and wore shoes in my room the entire time (or mopped the floors first).

Room not super clean, floors a little sticky don’t know if that was just the material. Some gum on bathroom floor, mattress had some stains. Overall reasonable for the price, but should be cleaner given other motel 6 experiences.

What a dive. Treats guests like criminals
This motel has an extra $50 “deposit” which isn’t shown on the booking but is hidden in the fees. The check in process took a long time because there was a woman being trained and two other guests ahead of me. Instead of assisting to split the guests between the trainee and the trainer, the trainer was just standing there making conversation with the guests. So it took forever to check in. The trainer then told me someone is getting trained and that’s why it’s taking so long and asked me if I could guess who the trainee was. This was awkward and unprofessional. Then he looked at the photo on my ID and pulled a shocked face and said “this can’t be you!!” Well I explained the photo was taken many years previously and I had since stopped coloring my hair (it has grey streaks now) and he continued to look at the photo and shake his head in disbelief. This was unacceptable and quite rude to make a guest feel uncomfortable. The room itself wasn’t great. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, there was no iron or hairdryer and only a very thin worn blanket on the bed. The sheets were white but had discolored areas on them (gross). When I went to check out, a different person asked the trainee to “go check the room” right in front of me, which blew my mind. Did he think I had trashed their room?? How insulting. This hotel treats their guests like criminals. Maybe they do get guests who trash their rooms, but seriously…it’s not a five star hotel. Would not stay there again
