Very quiet and I managed to get a good night's rest. As we had to leave early, I did not get to enjoy the continental breakfast. I've now stayed in two or three Hampton Inns, and have been very pleased.

Great place to stay. My only complaint is the pillows are AWFUL. Bring your own! I would suggest the hotel switch their pillow supplier ASAP! The mattress was comfy and the room was clean.

The Room I stayed in was both spacious and inviting. The Decor and Flooring was wonderful. The Bed slept very well. My only gripe was the difficulty getting onto the Property. Unbeknownst to me the Parking Area was being repaved and upon my arrival at 1:30 in the morning there were no signs to direct the traffic onto the property, there were cones set up blocking entrance to the turning in lane. It was a figure it out for yourself situation. When I asked the night person on duty why there were no signs, she barked at me stating there were signs all over the Property indicating the Parking areas were being redone the day of my arrival and the next. The only sign I saw was posted in the elevator. Having just arrived, there was no way of me knowing this and there was not a Sign posted at the Entrance to the property for New Guests.

I apologize for the inconvenience as a section of our parking lot was having work done. In order for it to dry properly and to prevent any damage to vehicle tires, we used orange cones and caution tape to block off the area to avoid until it was dry. We try our best to keep our property maintained to the highest of standards while causing as little disruption as possible to the guests. Along with the cones and caution tape, we also placed signage on each entrance to the hotel, as well as at the front desk and each elevator landing. While we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us, we wish that you didn't experience this inconvenience at arrival. We hope to see you again so that we can provide the top tier experience we strive for!
