酒店回复: It is unforgiving to start cleaning whilst we have guests in our Restaurant. The unfortunate position is that the waiters had to clean because a glass broke and they had to clean the floor where the glass landed. So sorry for the inconvenience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Droombos. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely lovely and we felt incredibly well looked after. A very special thank you for the thoughtful room upgrade — such a generous gesture that made our stay even more memorable and special. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out and made all the difference. We are so grateful for the kindness and care we experienced and would highly recommend Droombos to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming escape. We look forward to returning soon.

What a wonderful place just outside Windhoek. The rooms are beyond luxurious, and are so much more than just another lodge room, we loved all the little personal touches. The restaurant and bar on site had the most delicious food. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back.

Loved the eco-friendly setting and beautiful gardens. Room was cozy and homely, staff were great, and food was lovely. Breakfast was slow, but I’d still stay again — fantastic place overall!

这是一家美丽的酒店，为客人提供旅途中所需的一切。值得强调的是，餐厅经理和厨师为我们不得不吃无麸质饮食的女儿提供了一顿丰盛的晚餐。那真是太棒了！我们住的是 15 号房间，房间不是很好，很小，浴室里甚至没有插座（如果你可以这样称呼的话）。同一类别的其他房间更大/更好。 三天的早餐有两次不错，其中一次是冷的。因为新鲜而温暖的，只是暂时被遗忘的鸡蛋。我们从来没有经历过这样的事实：除了早餐的第一杯咖啡之外，你必须单独支付所有费用 - 这太荒谬了。最后一天晚上，我们希望能吃到美味的披萨，因为那台漂亮的燃木烤箱还需要一些练习，奶酪狂欢真的不能在不损坏的情况下吃掉。我们认为，仅仅达到最高评级是不够的；一切都必须适合。
新建的豪华平房非常棒。时尚宽敞，设施齐全（包括Nespresso咖啡机、空调等），还有一个小露台。不过，视野开阔，看不到周围的自然风光。能听到一点公路噪音。目前几乎看不到任何磨损痕迹！看来维护工作做得不错。这家葡萄园酒店最初规划为活动场地，但如果没有活动，它作为酒店也非常合适。对于我们这些商务旅行者来说，它既可以作为城市酒店，也可以作为往返国际机场的中转站。早餐是单点式（没有自助餐），价格合理，但上菜速度很慢。酒店也提供晚餐（建议提前预订），晚餐也很不错。酒店有一个可以俯瞰花园的漂亮露台，适合户外休憩。开车到温得和克市中心大约需要10分钟。酒店提供免费Wi-Fi，但速度不是很快。不推荐使用“休息室”（30欧元）——它潮湿阴暗，没有窗户也没有空调。那里有个小泳池，摆放着几张木制躺椅，可惜没有垫子。
与房屋相比，一个重要的失望是：这个地方很漂亮，房间也很漂亮。不可接受的服务：通常不专心。晚餐时，请在晚上 7 点 30 分进行，因为我们是唯一的顾客，他们在我们吃晚餐时开始打扫地板。因此，这种清洁产品的气味令人不快且相当多！
