Room was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and informative. Especially appreciated the candor about valet retrieval times - they met or exceeded the given estimate each time - and we accessed the car a lot for a one night stay.

Our rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking Old Town !
And although we were right on King St the rooms were very quiet so ideal for sleeping.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. Crystal was wonderful and shared important information about the area , parking, restaurants etc.
We only had one night but want to return for another visit to take advantage of the proximity to the metro so we can explore the DC area as well as the free King St trolley which runs frequently and all the way down to the river .

Staff was wonderful, room was very clean. My only complaint is the terrible perfumed air that is piped in the lobby.

Room was comfortable. Staff was ok, a little standoffish. But decent room for the price. Location in Old Town Alexandria is great. A couple blocks away from the restaurant/bar areas. But very easy to walk to all the restaurants. Rooms are very quiet.

房间不错，咖啡充足，楼下就是餐厅。出行靠黄线和蓝线地铁，去景点、机场都很方便，还可以在老城游览，吃当地各和美食。点赞！
住得不错！床很舒服。
管道太糟糕了！淋浴没法打开，只好找维修工来开。我洗澡的时候，水每隔几分钟就变得滚烫。
