The hotel was extremely efficient even though it was a smaller version, it felt European. The room was spotless and the front desk very friendly and helpful. Young lady serving breakfast was attentive and kept our coffee cups filled.

The room was modern and very comfortable. I am a stickler for cleanliness and hotel room conditions and this one was great. It seems like a newer hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am. They initially asked for an early check-in fee, which I declined. After working in the lobby for about 20 minutes, the staff came over and informed me that my room was now available for early check-in, free of charge. Went for a run and a workout at the nearby Orange Theory early the next morning in what feels like a clean and safe area.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Alexandria. The room was clean, quiet and the shower was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was great but food was mediocre and overpriced. There are better dining options around. Excellent overall experience with the hotel, though.

我们住在二楼，临街，周围车辆来往，噪音很大。我们向前台要求换房，他们一开始甚至都没确认就说没有空房了。我们抱怨了一番之后，他们突然说有空房可以换。我们问了清洁工要客房服务，她答应了，我们才离开。但是晚上我们回来，房间一点也不干净。这家酒店不提供停车服务，所以只能代客停车，每晚40美元。千万别住这家，太糟糕了！
