Very clean property and room. We ordered room service for brunch and it was delicious! The staff was the best part. Everyone we encountered was very professional, kind, and accommodating.

Top notch in every way. Will stay again. Friendly, helpful staff, clean updated rooms. Perfect spot to stay for a ballgame and enjoy Ballpark Village. Easy access from the highway both arriving and leaving.

Staff who answer phone unknowledgable.
Room not at standard of a higher end hotel. Its average.
Parking not clearly marked. Wasted our time trying to figure out where to park. Plus no valet at valet stand to give info.

This property was conveniently located in walking distance to both Busch Stadium and Gateway Arch National Park. The room had a wonderful baseball stadium theme, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Excellent in-property restaurant and an incredible friendly staff. Self-parking was convenient.

We liked that it was right next to the venue we were going to. The staff were very polite and helpful. Things we didn't like, the slow valet service on check in, the screaming and yelling from other rooms on our floor until 5 am. and a lukewarm at best breakfast Sunday morning.

In memory of B...
My first stay here and I'll be a forever customer going forward. Mentioned to a staff member a few months ago that the trip to St L was a distraction for my late husband's birthday. Came back from the game and this was waiting in the room. Wow. So very thoughtful! Only thing that could have been better is if my husband, Brian, was with me for the game.
Also... room was perfect location, extra comfortable bed and relaxing.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was more upscale and modern. Would give it an "A" for cleanliness.

$300 for a room with no A/C. Terrible
Terrible. A/C would not work and it was 90 outside. They only offered a fan and then lied and said they didn’t have any other rooms available. Jsut kept lying saying someone was coming to fix it but no one ever did.
