Bar Bourbon always provides exceptional service. Ella was delightful! The hotel staff, valets, etc are very friendly, always ready with a smile. Rooms are very clean, beds are super comfortable. I enjoy staying here every time catch a Blues games.

Stay was great however I paid $35 when I booked the room for Garage parking and then was charged $25 when I left just one night

Beautiful hotel! Housekeeping was OUTSTANDING!!! Check-in was seamless, they literally welcomed me by name with out asking my name when I came in because I did an early check-in! Made me feel quite special! Awesome restaurant with beautiful and good drinks! We will stay there again!

St Louis is one of my regions for work. I’m here about once every 2 months. This is the ONLY hotel I will ever stay at. I tried 2 other hotels over the past two year and nothing compares to this. I don’t love the steakhouse inside of the restaurant, but I’m also not a huge steak fan. The other options are not great and if you like real crab cakes, DO NOT order them. Aside from that, the rooms are amazing (I always get stadium view), the rooms are spotless, bed is super comfy, and they are super friendly. As long as STL is my region, this in my hotel!!! Beware, baseball season, it fills up quickly.

Top notch in every way. Will stay again. Friendly, helpful staff, clean updated rooms. Perfect spot to stay for a ballgame and enjoy Ballpark Village. Easy access from the highway both arriving and leaving.

酒店位于红雀队（Cardinal）主场区域，与体育场仅隔一条小街。酒店干净整洁，氛围宜人。房间宽敞，床很舒服，也很干净。浴室不错。没有游泳池，但健身房正对着体育场。我们没有在那儿吃早餐，因为价格太高了。
