The carpet in my room was pulling back near the bathroom, exposing sharp carpet nails. I walked on one in the middle of the night and it punctured my heel. I took pictures of the exposed nails and talked to management in the morning and they just said "we'll take a look at it." It has been one week since my reservation and I have yet to receive my $50 deposit back. If they're charging me for the exposed carpet, we have another issue altogether. Stay in the Holiday Inn Express (down the road on Woodruff), rather than this one.

Great 24/7 coffee bar in lobby with decaf coffee, assorted teas, creams, stevia and other sweeteners and great assortment of teas and honey and lemon.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Real pillows.
Staff is friendly and courteous and great breakfast included.
Nice, roomy and comfortable lobby with business center. Will definitely stay there again

Housekeeping forgot our room but at checkout there was a discount applied for the Housekeeping issue
My guest had their temporary tag stolen luckily the permanent tag was available

2 issues were the difference in an overall "5" rating and my "3" rating.
1. Only 1 elevator was operating and the second elevator broke down - we had to walk down 5 stories. It was fixed within 30 min which was appreciated.
2. Breakfast hours are 6a-9a but the kitchen staff arrived almost 2 hours late - the first food orders came out after 8a. What a mess!

我花了不少钱在这里住了 6 天。餐厅里有壁炉。没有早餐或晚餐可供购买。浴室很明亮。有浴缸。房间里的洗漱用品很好。进入游泳池的方式是在前台申请，只是有点尴尬。我在那里的时候，饮水机一直显示过滤不良。制冰机在我家的地板上停了 3/6 天。我确实要求打开它。噪音传到这里。有几个晚上闻起来很臭。只是对我花的总钱感到失望。
我很喜欢这里，浴室和房间都是现代风格！我更喜欢房间里有微波炉，或者至少放在地板上。下楼加热食物有点麻烦。
总体而言，专业的员工和早餐选择给我留下了深刻的印象。
