Theo at the front desk is very pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that your stay is great. The rest of the crew is also very good.

All in all, we were very pleased with just about everything & everyone at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott El Paso North. The only issue we had was that it being a Friendly Pet Hotel, which charges you an extra $50, why not have a designated area where your guest Fur Babies can relieve themselves. Nothing but medium size rocks throughout the perimeter of the property. Aside from that we were very pleased with everything else, especially the staff who provided Great Customer Service.

Pet friendly yet barely coming in with belongings and all my dogs are going to bark a little while getting settled and not even 10 minutes checked in neighbor had already complained of my dogs making noise at 7pm! Not like it was at 1am my dogs were decent enough when we settled in. This is not PET FRIENDLY what so ever!

Staff was wonderful! They even cleaned our rooms while visiting family in El Paso, TX. I give this place a 5 Star rating! My husband and I were very comfortable in our stay.
