The front desk people were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely sized. It was close to many restaurants and activities and within walking distance.

I had 4 rooms for my company for 3 or 4 days each, my rooms had cockroaches in the room my team had to move rooms multiple times, the air didn't work on the higher floors and the entire hotel smelled like smoke. I will never stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown again. The atmosphere was awful, and the hotel did nothing to compensate my company on the stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown 10 SW 4th Street Oklahoma City, Oklahoma again

The hotel changed our rate every day!! Had reservations almost a year in advance. No cream for coffee three days. Was told could not order any due to hotel budget. Hotel checkout was a hassle. Girl was rude when asked her questions about my bill. Said she was not a machine and could not tell me about extra charges that were on my bill. Beware if u stay here. Rude staff and changing rates daily!! Would never stay here again when I come back. Now charge for lalet parking. Went from 15.00 to 25.00 a day while there. Awful stay.

这家酒店的问题除了一个之外无法解决。不要向人们收取每辆车 15 美元的停车费，然后又没有足够大的地方来停放所有的汽车。停车位不够，我们有多个家庭因为靠近火车轨道、布里克敦的赛车和高速公路而睡不好觉。我会再次在这里说的唯一方法是如果我必须参加会议中心的活动。
