服务态度非常恶劣,入住时告诉前台需要一个安静的房间,预定时已经写明安静远离电梯,先告诉我们安静的房间没有了,我们说在一个月前预定的时候已经写明,后来又发邮件确认了一下。不得以他又说有了,结果还是靠近电梯的,大堂吧喝了两杯啤酒,结账时150DR,给了200DR,然后就开始长时间等着找零,希望我们说算了吧,我们催了又催,等了半天才不愉快的找钱给我们。一个到处都想多收钱的地方。
