I recently stayed at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience: • After sleeping in the room for the first few days, I discovered blood stains on the mattress and no mattress cover, only a thin sheet separated me from it. • The room’s ventilation system was broken, forcing me to keep the window open in the middle of winter. • I reported these issues immediately. Management inspected the room and assured me they would resolve everything by evening. This did not happen. • After multiple follow-ups, I was promised repairs and a mattress replacement the next morning. No one ever came. I ultimately had to book another hotel. • When I requested a full refund, I received only a partial one for unused nights and a $400 credit, which I will never use. I will NEVER stay here again, and this credit is just insulting. I escalated the matter to Marriott Bonvoy (I’ve been a member for 10 years). After weeks of delays and repeated promises of follow-up, I was told they could do nothing to help. Bottom line: Do not stay here. The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, and if you encounter any issues, expect zero accountability. Marriott Bonvoy members should note: their customer service offers no real support when problems arise.

We stayed at this Sonder property during the Christmas period of 2021. The location is absolutely fabulous and there are really lovely bars and restaurants just by the apartment. This is a great location if you are looking to be close to Dublin City Centre/ Lansdowne Road Aviva Stadium/ 3 Arena/ Bord Gais Energy or any of the companies located within the docklands. The property is approximately fifteen minute walk from Dublin City Centre (Trinity College/ Museums etc) We foundthe end-to-end experience with Sonder to be absolutely excellent. When booking this property I had concerns about the size. The Sonder team actually sent me a video of the property to help me visualize it. The apartment is absolutely immaculate. It was incredibly clean. We had people staying with us throughout our stay ( my husbands parents visited) and the Sonder team sent in a cleaner half way through the stay - which was greatly appreciated. This property is perfect for a family of four , two couples or a business traveller. The internet connection was strong and worked well for my laptop ( less so on the TV). The property has an in unit washer dryer and dishwasher. It would be the perfect place for an extended stay. We did have a couple of minor issues but that would not prevent me from recommending this beautiful place 1) There was an odd smell that came from drains in the bathroom in the master suite every so often 2) We were not able to get access to the carpark. It was granted to us but we couldn't get in. I am confident if we had of approached the team about this that they would have fixed it. We never did approach them as we were lucky to find on street parking, I expect this would have been harder at a different time of year. 3) The television does have Netflix, however the connection was inconsistent. The other issue with the TV is that it doesn't have cable so had very limited channels. 4) The pillows were really not very comfortable on the beds )( they were VERY HARD) and the sheets could have been higher quality . I know this sounds pedantic, but the property is fairly expensive. All this being said, this was a wonderful apartment in a great location and the Sonder team provided a wonderful experience. The majority of my family are based in Dublin and I will definitely come back to stay at this FABULOUS Apartment.

this apartment is amazing has exactly everything you need including fitness room. the location is excellent. Everything was clean and perfect there. You just want to live there forever. Love it. I will go back there

Great comfortable stay! Beautiful interior design. Apartment have everything you need and more! Great location! Cafe, restaurants, supermarkets. Great view! Very close to city centre and main tourist attraction. Within 15-20 minutes walk.

Stayed here a month w my wife and baby boy. We loved it. Our unit was huge. Washer and dryer inside. All beautiful modern furniture. The budding is in a great neighborhood. We booked directly on the Sonder app and got a huge discount. Better than any hotel. We are obsessed

loved staying here with some friends. room was great, super clean and had in unit laundry. location was also really great. definitely enjoyed the rooftop terrace as well. really had everything i was looking for so definitely highly recommended!

6 Hanover Quay APT 347 was a beautifully equipment apartment near city center and certainly walking distance to everything! I would highly recommend Sondar at 6 Hanover Quay - the staff was great and the security was even better! Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. Can't say enough about how clean and beautiful the apartment was!
