staff very rude and unconcerned. my cardwas over charged with out any explanation of why I was being over charged asked for a recipt of the details and was never given a recipt of extra charges. stayed at hotel for over 3 days and asked for manager to help with over charges never seen a manager was told every time that the manger was out office and they did not know when they would return I even left a note and no one even tried to reach out to me. Had to file a dispute with my bank to recieve the $125 that was charged extra in bill. I will never stay at this hotel again.

酒店回复: You were not charged anything extra. The Hotel does not control what your Bank holds. You are upset that we require a valid credit card that can be authorized the day of arrival.

It was a last minute decision to stay here after making a big adjustment in my vacation. I am so grateful they had availability and I got a lovely room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely returning.

Friendly staff at front desk and breakfast area. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Large convenient parking area. Would stay again.

When we walked in it smelled clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was good. The bed was not comfortable.

Maybe if we had gone to breakfast at 6:30 a.m. it would have been better and maybe even more choices. We ate about 9:45.
The parking seemed safe enough. The traffic at Mi Pueblo and Colton's Steakhouse seemed to help that feeling we had.

The area the hotel is in is a bit sketchy and awkward to get to.

Cleanliness was not their strong suit. I had to call the front desk to come clean our toilet when we checked in because it was visibly dirty. Spaces around the room had obviously not been cleaned in a long time.

What a wonderful surprise at the end of a long day!!! Free appetizer at steqkhouse next door!! Their food was great! Nice new indoor pool!!! A++++++
