They have no control over the guest that have children. They stayed up to three and 4 o’clock in the morning, running jumping and stamping.

The elevator was not working and it was a hassle going up and down the stairs with the stuff. Staff was nice. The breakfast was okay only thing offered were muffins and oatmeal, no coffee. Also, if you're planning on showering once getting there make sure you check to see if you have any shampoo, if not you have to go all the way down to reception to ask for some.

The basic needs for hotels were not followed at all. My expectations were a basic clean room with functional amenities that were advertised on their website which was completely false. There were cockroaches in my room, walls were dirty, linens and towels looked unwashed and dirty, room smelled like cigarettes regardless of the “no smoking” policy that was supposed to be enforced, black mold in our AC unit, the toilet was non functional and lastly the mattress had food crumbs on it regardless of us barely arriving. We did complain to the front desk and another room was offered but upon further discussion we found out that the new room that was being offered on the fourth floor was “worse” when it came to the cockroach infestation. Will be submitting a claim to the department of public health and safety because basic human safety standards are not being taken seriously.

The hotel was dirty and smelly, the room was dirty, after getting to the room we checked out immediately due to how gross and smelly the hotel and room was.
