No hair dryer in the room. There was hair on the doorway in the bathroom. Only two pillows on the bed that was flat and hard.

The bathroom door was coming off the hinges so it would not shut! The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had to park in the back of the hotel and the only door was in the front.

The only blip was that we asked for an extra cot/mattress upon checking in and didn't get one, but we probably should've asked again when we returned to the hotel that night. Otherwise, a perfectly lovely experience for an LSU game.

Older, outdated property overall. Stained, very used furniture. However, room, bathroom was clean. Towels very white, clean looking. No hairdryer Didn’t use kitchenette but looked clean. Only silverware was a few knives. Hall carpet-filthy! Very nice front desk people. Front sliding door to property didn’t work-had to push it open. Would not want to stay here again but ok in a pinch. Price for stay was wayyyy too high.

Would stay again. Building definitely had some wear that could have been fixed up. Elevator was a little shaky, and the front door didn’t work great. But overall good stay

Bad communication policy
When I got there, they would let me stay because I couldn’t find my confirmation number and they didn’t have my name in the system. Completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was distracted, chatting on the phone during check-in, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
We were assigned a room in a hallway where the neighboring guests were extremely loud late into the night. Their behavior was inappropriate, and the noise level—specifically loud, explicit sounds—made both me and my stepdaughter very uncomfortable. While I understand this isn’t a luxury or specifically family-oriented hotel, basic decency and noise control should still be expected. I’m honestly surprised no one else complained, as the noise could be heard far down the hall.
When I brought this up to staff in the morning, they seemed indifferent and acted like they had no idea what had happened. Once again, they were on their phones and not paying attention, which added to my frustration.
Overall, I won’t be returning unless I have no other option. I can overlook the fact that this isn’t a high-end hotel, but I can’t overlook a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and a disregard for guest comfort.
