绝对不能接受。房间很漂亮，位置也很方便。可惜我们花了90欧元，结果空调坏了。房东根本不懂，或者假装不懂，说换房间还要加30欧元……好像是我想换房间，而不是他们的错似的。根本没法跟经理沟通，而且我很可能得在高温下睡觉。夸奖别人真是丢脸。躲开这家酒店，就像躲避瘟疫一样。

Nice clean hotel. Our room didn’t have a balcony that we thought we were going to have (which is ok) but we didn’t even have a window, except a skylight. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Room is small so if you need lots of room, keep that in mind.
