Room was clean and staff was friendly. Great rooftop bar and Mico's restaurant was fantastic. Walkable to events especially Performing Art Center for show we attended.

This property is a beautiful Marriott collection hotel. It has an upscale boho vibe. I've stayed at the Bohemian in Savannah as well. I'm pleased and impressed at the unique look.

The hotel had a great vibe - beautiful decor that reminded me of Argentina. They have incredible, helpful and professional staff with a strong customer-orientation. We really enjoyed our Malbec tasting and steak dinner at Mico. No question that I would stay here again when I visit Charlotte.

The property was very nice. All areas were very clean and well kept. The staff was great. The only concern was our room had a slight odor, possibly from a bathroom drain. We just purchased an air freshner to help. I informed the front desk at check out. It wasn't a huge deal.

Very Nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and modern with a luxurious feel throughout. Valet parking was a little overpriced at $48/daily. But everything else was exquisite.
这次行程中最失败的酒店，性价比极差，夏洛特酒店很多，挑了这间最贵的，以为会很好其实大错特错，酒店大厅很小，由于我们到达时当晚黑人过节（楼上有比较有名酒吧），所以门口前台都是人，我们排队进入后与前台说已付房费，他们强调每间房间1122.4美元预授权，我们2间冻结2次1122.4美元。市中心没停车场，1辆小车停车费2天花了近100多美元（➕小费），主要每次用车等一刻钟以上，最气人的退房时问他账单发现扣了2次房费，我们与携程交涉后他们说2天退，一间挂车费的已退房费，没挂车费的10天了还没退1122.4美元，天天看对账单还是没退款，与携程交涉他们也只能与代理说等等，崩溃！千万别定这家，周围万豪与丽思卡尔顿都很好比他们还便宜。
房间里一瓶酒要54美元，一瓶水要10美元。停车过夜要48美元，太离谱了。我不会再住这里了。
