Love this hotel, especially now that it no longer carries the Hilton name. Large rooms, friendly staff.

Stay far away from this hotel. Customer service non existent. Rooms are small and smelly and their continental breakfast was just eggs.

Anti-American, pro criminal establishment. Do you really believe they will have cleaning or safety standards when they associate with criminals? Most of their staff are probably here illegally and criminals. You are not safe here. Sleeper in your car would be far safer than staying at husband-American establishment.

Far and away the worst Hampton we've stayed in. Unclean sheets (how is that possible if they actually changed the sheets between guest)....hot (bad ac) and even a few insects in the room. I would avoid this place at all cost. Don't say you haven't been warned!

We arrived mid June with the outside temps reaching 100 degrees. Our room was warm. Turned down the thermostat to a cooler temp and it worked but in a few minutes when you leave the ac turns off. Hotel room has a motion sensor for the thermostat in the rooms so if someone is not up and moving then your room temperature will rise. We were outside all day and to not be able to come back to a cooler temp room when paying these room rates was unacceptable. Also at night same applies with the thermostat. Several in our party in different rooms including our room could hear the slightest pin drop from the rooms above. Seems the hotel worries more about the bottom line dollar than the comfort of its guests. They do however offer you a box fan to keep you cool. When we checked out we were expecting to be asked how our stay was by the front desk manager and nothing, since that was when I was going to express my displeasure. I usually choose Hampton hotels but this stay will make me look very hard in the future.

BEWARE! NOT SO PET FRIENDLY. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and enjoyed the pet friendly atmosphere. When we stayed for 4 nights starting Dec 26, 2024 our check in was normal. We filled out and signed the extra check in sheet for our Corgie. Everything was fine until we came down for breakfast the next morning. We were told we couldn't have our pet in the dining area. The gentleman said this was a recent change. Since you can't leave your pet in the room alone and can't have them in the dining area what are you suppose to do? We ended up leaving and going some where else for breakfast. We were never notified ahead of time of this change nor was there any update on the check in sheet we signed. This hotel is starting to show wear and the shower door leaked.

This Hampton Inn was the best ever. Clean as can be, efficient and professional staff, well maintained, comfy beds, well lit bathroom, and easy to use smart TV. The location is convenient to the Interstate and many restaurants. Didn’t use the pool. Breakfast area was clean and appealing with a nice variety of breakfast choices.

My husband and I stayed one night here and had a great experience! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, nice shower, tasty breakfast and quiet for sleeping. It’s located close to the interstate. Breakfast was included and had eggs, sausage patties, waffles, toast, oatmeal/cereal, etc.

This is a really nice, updated, and clean hotel. The staff was very nice. The pool was nice, the beds were very comfortable with nice blankets (not the cheap, short sheets/blankets at some hotels). Good selection at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. If you stay here you won't be disappointed!
