TV had a blue tint. Visited family in another room (219 & 221) they also had blue tvs. Weird, but other than that, great stay!

I liked the hotel experience, it has a great vibe aswelll as the amenities were amazing and helpful staff.

Overall, a pretty nice place. The lobby has two bathrooms, both did not have hand soap or paper towels, which bring into question the sanitation of the entire property.

I’d like to express my extreme disappointment with the treatment I received during my recent stay, or attempted stay, at your property in Patterson, CA. Due to an error on my part, I had mistakenly booked my stay for 9/10 to 9/13. Realizing this on 9/8, I immediately made a new reservation for the 09/09. I then drove over five hours from San Bernardino with my children, arriving at the hotel around 5:30 AM on 09/09. Upon arrival, I waited in the lobby for over 30 min but saw no front desk staff. Out of desperation and exhaustion, I approached someone working in the kitchen and asked if he could assist. He claimed to be the manager and told me there were no rooms available for me. I explained that I had a reservation and asked if he could at least check the system. He refused, said they did not allow early check-ins, and very rudely told me to leave. He made no effort to check the reservation or help in any way. As a loyal Hilton member, I was completely shocked by this experience. I have never been turned away like this before, especially not in such a dismissive and degrading manner. In the past, Hilton properties have accommodated early check-ins, even if it required an extra fee. Instead, I was left outside the hotel, exhausted and in tears after a long drive, with my young children. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I felt completely disrespected and mistreated, and I believe this situation was handled unprofessionally and without basic human decency.
非常好的酒店,干净舒适
酒店房间相对其它美式酒店有点小,空间相对狭窄!入住房费已经支付,但是前台刷了150预授权。房间靠近5号公路,相对有点吵杂!早上6:30楼上就有人起床,踩地板声音有点大,隔音不太好。图二图三一路上的风光!
美国有很多连锁酒店,比如汉普顿酒店、Home2 Suites、假日酒店、速8等等。感觉汉普顿酒店是最好的选择!哈!

最棒的住宿!!! 经理......简直是我在酒店遇到的最好的经理!!! 房间超级干净...!! 晚上你睡得真好!!! 一点声音都没有! 我一定会回来的!
