I did not do my research well and it was not what we expected. However, for what it was I thought it was done well. The only issue is the cleaning service came in every day thinking it was vacant.

It was mentioned we add a kitchenette but honestly the pan was so small and with no fan (with a mention that if the fire alarm goes off the firemen cost 2,500 euros) that we barely used it. No broom like with other hotels we visited. No communication about check in neither from ******* or Numa which delayed our arrival.
It wasn’t clear when I booked that there were no reception and using an app is not ideal.

Good location, otherwise mediocre
The location was great. The apartment itself was in ok conditions. Several power points didn't seem to work and the fan was extremely loud, but luckily it wasn't too hot while we were there. The walls were thin, so lots of noise and the curtains let in a lot of light, which made it difficult to sleep. When you book through a booking site, they don't send you the check in details in advance, so you are stuck standing in the street checking yourself in, scanning passports and everything. Luckily it wasn't cold or raining, but still a frustrating process
