Area and property are beautiful. Staff worked diligently to take care of a tv issue.
Room was advertised as water view, but vents and other roof stuff blocked most of it. For me this was amusing. One could go outside and basque in an amazing view of the estuary. I would stay here again.

Excellent staff, very quiet and quaint little inn adjoining a golf course. Bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel, hands down.

Staying at Longshore was a refreshing change of pace from the typical hotel experience. It felt like stepping back into a much simpler time, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The environment was relaxed yet full of charm, and what really stood out was the genuine friendliness of the staff. Their service made the stay feel personal and welcoming, something you don’t find everywhere. Longshore is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience I’d gladly return to.

a unique experience
A classic old inn on spectacular grounds with waterfront lawn and views . Surrounded by a golf course. They have a wonderful modern restaurant attached with great food and stunning water views named La Plage .
Excellent service , outdoor and indoor seating really a gem !! The inn has quirks but for the money is a wonderful find with expectations in mind that it’s truly old but wonderful .

Beautiful grounds, dated furnishings, felt a bit rundown, front desk staff were friendly, what I can only assume were management staff couldn't be bothered with pleasantries

Although the property is gorgeous and the staff is excellent in every way the property is run down. There is no central air conditioning and the room smelled musty. The pool has a fee and there is no elevator.

Beautiful old inn right on a bay off the Sound. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good and healthy.
