二刷黑山OO 感觉服务没有之前好了 景色一如既往的在线 超漂亮 室内泳池太舒服了
7年前曾到访黑山并入住安缦酒店,怀着曾经的美好回忆,再次回到黑山并入住one&only,但很遗憾总体是失望的。
先说优点,房间比较大,海景很美,游泳池也不错,早餐服务不错,这些都是符合这个级别酒店的标准的,但没有到惊喜和意外的地步,并且因为酒店是在一个综合性地产项目里,所以私密性不好。
作为顶奢酒店品牌,这家酒店在服务和餐饮这两项上完全不符合标准。首先,入住时前台没有欢迎饮料,我看到在我们前面的一组客人有,不知道到了我们这就没有,第二天我看到的别的客人又没有欢迎饮料,看来服务很随意。
礼宾部非常不专业,我去咨询有没有行程可以提供,工作人员很不熟悉业务,完全不知道该怎样向客人推荐合适的行程,只是问什么答什么,忙着报价,语气生硬,第二天我去订送机的时候,另一位工作人员表现的很不耐烦,完全不具备礼宾人员该有的素质。
第一天到的比较晚,点了客服送餐,送来的蒸米饭居然碗底有一滩水,完全不能接受,因为对酒店餐饮出品没有信心,所以后面我们没有在酒店餐厅用晚餐。附近小区里有家Rock fish还不错,我们连续两晚都去吃了,人均大概80欧左右,海鲜汤超级好吃。
总之,这家one&only完全没有顶奢酒店私人高级服务的感觉,各方面都很普通。
这次黑山之行看到了美景,但遗憾也很多,最后离开时黑山航空还弄丢了我们的托运行李,现在也没找到。
第三次入住,黑山最好的酒店。不愧为one only系列。酒店的游艇服务(额外付费)值得体验。餐厅味道不一定符合国人口味。
环境和服务好,房间很大,有摆渡车可以接送去酒店附近的餐厅和超市。就是设施没想象中的完善,酒店的里的几家餐厅都不太好吃,性价比也低,可以去酒店附近吃,推荐一家餐厅叫noa!!很好吃
非常漂亮的酒店,服务不满意的地方有两点,第一是在客房非常充裕的情况下给我们安排了临街的低楼层,第二是负责提供水上用具的工作人员言语很不礼貌。 总的来说还是很推荐。
除了地理位置不是最佳,其它都无可挑剔。服务面面俱到,房间装饰很有品味。从房间看出的海景绝美,可以在阳台大沙发床上尽享美景。早餐健康美味,服务也是一级棒。总之,值得访住。

若要用一个词来形容这次的酒店体验,那一定是“无与伦比”。这里堪称奢华度假的典范,除了价格稍高,挑不出任何毛病,真心推荐大家来入住!
从科托尔前往酒店十分便捷,搭乘摆渡船,很快就能抵达,省去了路途奔波的疲惫。踏入酒店,便能感受到无微不至的服务,工作人员热情周到,每一个细节都处理得恰到好处,从办理入住到引导进房,都让人倍感舒心,真正开启了一场惬意的旅程。在这里的每一刻,都满是享受,令人流连忘返。
