Firstly at check in the receptionist Angel said " ******* always does this, sorry I'm gonna change your room but don't worry you won't have to pay anything" at my arrival. I got to the room and I had to clean the entire floor with our toilet whipees. Then the Wifi didn't work for a a day and a half. And I could not make local calls using there phone because that didn't work either. The AC and the Refrigerator worked along with water thank goodness. The sheets were dirty. The mattress had blood stains on it. Oh and if you don't speak Spanish they will gip you for anything they can gip you with if you let them. I also paid for a business room with a separate area and the room I got was a small dirty room. So the pictures on ******* looked beautiful but that was not what I saw in person at all. I was so disappointed that I checked out a day early and didn't stay the whole 2 nights that I had paid for. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was the worst stay i had in yearsThis is a disco clib not a hotel. My car got scratch in the parking lot

The staff was great and room were excellent with pools etc family oriented although I only used the restaurant.

the property is safe, quiet, breakfast was served with promptness.

非常好，外面的整个地方都是最好的，你的庭院很漂亮
