我们在K4公寓酒店的两晚住宿是我们迄今为止最棒的旅行体验之一。工作人员的热情周到和主动服务值得特别表扬。甚至在我们出发前，他们就联系我们安排床位，并主动提出帮忙预订行程。我们乘火车抵达，地理位置绝佳——距离中央火车站仅10分钟步行路程。酒店坐落在一条安静的街道上，但步行不到10分钟即可到达中央集市广场。我们抵达时天气非常炎热，工作人员热情地让我们提前两小时入住。走进这间已经开启空调、凉爽舒适的公寓，我们感到非常温暖，他们还为我们准备了两瓶水。公寓本身宽敞、干净，设施齐全，配有淋浴和浴缸，甚至还有坐浴盆，这在当地实属罕见。工作人员的服务也非常灵活。由于我们某天早上起得很早，错过了常规早餐，他们贴心地在前一天下午为我们准备了打包好的早餐包，里面有三明治、一块威化饼、果汁和一个苹果。退房后，行李寄存在安全储物柜里也非常方便。如果非要挑剔的话，唯一的小缺点就是早餐（在附近的Hotel Atrium酒店供应），味道一般。这附近有很多很棒的咖啡馆，下次我们可能就不去了。另外，还有一个小细节：浴室里的皂液器没有标签，所以不清楚它们的用途。不过，对于我们完美的住宿体验来说，这些问题都微不足道。我们强烈推荐这家公寓式酒店，并且很乐意再次入住。

Fantastic aparthotel! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a handy kitchenette. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the centre. We’d definitely stay again. A washing machine would be a great addition for longer stays.

It was absolutely one of the best hotel I ever stayed! Staff were super friendly and kind that even gave us recommendation for local food and restaurants without asking!! Very clean and spacious but super cozy room made us feels like at home! Great location that only 5 mins to the central station and shopping centre. Also most of the places were walk distance that we used public transportation only twice when we go to Schindler's factory and Wieliczka salt mine. I highly recommend this lovely place if you are traveling to Krakow, guarantee that you have an amazing stay!!
