The property was cleaned and the surrounding area were nice and clean. The restaurant was amazing. The staff was helpful and kept the room clean. The dislike was the after hours for things to eat. I would suggest maybe Pizza and other small items for snack. They did have chicken nuggets and fries. Overall the property was awesome and i will stay there again.

we didn’t get the room that we paid for we got a partial ocean view and could not see ANY of the ocean we told the staff and they said they would switch our room and they didn’t.
the food was worse than we could have ever could have imagined. we had to eat out for most meals even though we payed for all inclusive.
saw 2 cockroaches, blood on bedsheets, terrible smell by the pool area every single day like spoiled milk or throw up.
this was the most explains all inclusive we ever went to and it was by FAR the worse experience we couldn’t wait to come home

老实说，Rif Mangrove 海滩度假村在5月24日我抵达时，给了我一个令人失望的接待。他们没有在记录中找到我在Trip上确认的预订，而且工作人员的服务态度简直令人沮丧。他们不仅没有安抚因Trip的错误而受影响的客人，反而轻视我们，表现出一种不体面的人才有的傲慢。我们受到了非常冒犯的对待，即使预订错误是Trip造成的，酒店也应该安抚并解决问题，但这一切都没有发生。这给我带来了很大的压力和一次难忘的负面体验。
这酒店以前可能很棒，但现在已经风光不再了。很多东西都坏了，维护得很差，感觉快散架了。半夜消防警报无缘无故响了两次，消防员也没来，他们就让你相信没发生什么事，可我们带着三个小孩，他们都被吓得不敢睡觉了。我们提前很久就要求安排相邻的房间，结果却说很复杂。我不太可能再回来了。它最好的时光已经过去，而且就这价格，真不值。
我们在希尔顿库拉索红树林海滩科伦登酒店的体验在很多方面都令人失望。尽管我们对希尔顿品牌抱有很高的期望，但这里的服务和客户关怀却远低于预期。
从一开始，我们就遇到了很多令人沮丧的情况。由于带着两个年幼的女儿遇到了一些小麻烦，我们预订餐厅时迟到了10分钟，尽管当时餐厅里空无一人，他们却不近人情地拒绝为我们提供服务。这只是我们在入住期间所受到的冷漠待遇的一个缩影。
自助餐服务也很不稳定，食物在关门前就没了，工作人员也对客人的需求不够上心。有好几次，我们的房间都没有打扫干净，缺少毛巾，甚至有一个脏尿布在垃圾桶里放了好几天。
缺乏组织性也很明显。我们在酒店预订了一次短途旅行，结果在没有任何预先通知或解释的情况下被取消了，这让我们的女儿非常失望。
至于餐饮方面，冰块总是很稀缺，饮料也经常是温热的，好几次主餐厅在晚餐时段竟然连杯子都用完了，这导致了漫长的等待，也给用餐的客人带来了不便。
泳池酒吧下午早些时候就没了椰林飘香，有一天甚至完全没有这种饮料。客房清洁服务也很不稳定，有一次我们通知了退房，但房间还是没有被打扫。
我们这次入住唯一值得称赞的亮点是餐厅里饮品和食物的品质，以及那个能让所有年龄段的人都玩得开心的绝佳水上乐园。
特别感谢那位（我记不得名字了的）前台接待员，她对解决我们的问题漠不关心，敷衍了事。
总结：
希尔顿库拉索红树林海滩科伦登酒店没有达到我们的期望。尽管水上乐园和餐饮的品质是加分项，但糟糕的服务、混乱的管理以及对客人的冷漠态度，都给我们的体验蒙上了一层阴影。
我未婚夫和我在父母蜜月期间决定给他们一个特别的惊喜。于是，我们为他们在红树林海滩科伦登库拉索酒店预订了为期四天的惊喜住宿。我事先联系了酒店工作人员，以确保他们拥有完美的住宿体验。
我很高兴地告诉大家，酒店员工的表现超出了我们的预期。尽管出现了一些小插曲，但工作人员很快解决了所有问题。我父亲甚至说他们在住宿期间感觉自己像个“国王”一样。我很高兴我的父母在蜜月期间感到如此特别。
