The desk staff was exceptional, they sure that we were well taken care of. The wait staff during breakfast should be able to understand English and not just shake their head. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great and very helpful. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, location was very convenient to the Coolray Field where we were going for the Big Green Egg’s Eggtoberfest. We would stay here again.

The floors and carpeting in the room were sticky, as though from a product. I had to listen to an obnoxious guest and staff agreeing about volatile MAGA topics, as I was trying to enjoy my peace in the lobby. Your staff should be trained not to engage in radical MAGA topics.

We booked a stay at this hotel for two nights but had a medical emergency on the way there and could not make it for the first night. We tried to check in for the 2nd night and was told that we did not have a room because we did not call to cancel the first night even though we pre paid for both nights. This caused us a a lot of stress due to most hotels in the area were fully booked. ******* was very helpful and was able to get a refund for the 2nd night. Front desk was very rude.

My hostess Kailie was an exceptional hostess. Very attentive and very helpful. She will get u what ur missing or guide u to it. Thank u Kailie for the wonderful experience she should get a raise and a promotion.
