Bad place to stay. Room service is poor, there is no facility in bathroom like toothpaste, soap, etc. We are 4 person are staying yet only 1 towl given by them, bad smel comes out from the beds, ac is not working, noone was picking up the telephone no 9. Bathroom lock is not working property. Overall according charges rs 6240- they have taken but service is very poor.

I did not stay in this property as i reached the place, i was shocked to see the condition of the hotel the property was divided into three different hotel names and the corridor was full of empty bottles of beer etc, rooms were so dirty and old you can’t think of making your servants to stay in such unhygienic conditions, the sewerage lid was open and every material was over flowing at the entrance gate. I paid 100% advance but did not use the property event for 5 min, did not got luggage out of my vehical and left the property in just 5 min of reaching the property. waste book hotel hilt-on which is the best and great property to stay - don’t trust such hotels blindly. Be careful.

Hotel looks different as from pictures. Also because of holiday season we paid 3x of the regular day tarif but there was no service. Rooms are old n moist there is no room service available in hotel it’s 2 star hotel with price of 5 star (what we paid)
