I’ve stayed at many holiday inns and this will be the last time. My wife and I shared a room with my paralyzed father and my mom. Upon arrival, we were put in a room that had no air conditioning. After about an hour, we were moved to a different room. This new room come to find out had no hot water. When telling the hotel staff, they said they already knew about it and there’s nothing they could do. So the entire weekend, we had no hot water and the hotel knew this. Additionally, I have a $31 charge from the hotel in which they can not explain what it was for. Terrible experience with my parents in which was supposed to be a fun weekend.

房间和浴室的墙壁都需要好好打理一下!不过总体来说还不错。我睡得很好,噪音也完全没有问题。价格有点贵,但位置很好。
我们走进这家崭新的假日酒店时,闻起来像污水,前台的女士告诉我们附近有个污水处理厂,有时闻起来就像污水处理厂一样。我们在那里住了三个晚上,大堂里一直弥漫着臭味。我们不得不跑进跑出才能躲开那股臭味。真是糟糕透了。泳池“坏了”,工作人员说会把人熏成橙色。因为是第三方预订的,所以没法离开。千万别预订这家酒店。
大堂一直弥漫着浓重的污水味。前台和房间的警报响了,我们被安排到对面的房间。前台小姐很生气,在房间电话里厉声斥责我们。我们要求换了一间房,但差点就离开了……
