You yourself arrived much later, around 10:30 a.m., by which time breakfast had already ended and been cleared away.It is also correct that our staff are allowed to have breakfast once service is over.Unfortunately, there also seemed to be a communication issue. Neither my colleague nor the guest who tried to assist were able to communicate with you effectively.
