A very pleasant base if you are visiting Kolkata. The hotel itself has a good selection of restaurants. A large and lively lobby welcomes you when you arrive, and staff were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning is good and more things food also. I have given this 5 star rating.

Very bad experience, the staff was very laid bad, unconcerned, not courteous . Even for basic necessities like towels, tissues we had to ask and not given.Nor proper room given and extra bed, had to insist then gave. Not good food service and very basic level of food. Doors have bad locking system and very inconvenient Even help for luggage loading in bus not given. Overall a worst experience.

I visit this hotel in 2nd week of july. Here Service is well & good. Here staff behaviour is good... Lobby area quite. Room view is good. They gave the room cleaning service timely. They change their linen every days & clean the room properly. And you are satisfy on their service... I must say if you are looking for a good stay in Kolkata on a hotel near airport then please come to this hotel...
